The New Year is a time to erase the things of the past and start again with a whole new you. You can create new habits and hobbies that will lead you to happiness as well as leading yourself to new levels that you may have not been on before. It is a time to make changes that you will be proud of by the end of the year. For me, I have decided to cut back on some of sweet things I like to eat and instead use them as treats for myself when I’ve done something good like push myself in my workouts. This will keep me from eating a lot of unnecessary calories as well as letting me savor the sweet treats in my moments of victory. As this new year emerges, what are some of the habits or hobbies that you try to make this one of the best years you have ever had?

This year I want to be more adventurous and try new things. I'm tried of the same old route and want to go to more concerts and try more exciting things like skiing or skydiving. I love the thrill of doing something that scares me but is fun at the same time!
